We are happy to schedule you a brief complementary consultation of services.
Tattoo removal consultations will require a $25 appointment hold fee at the time of booking.
This fee will be applied to your 1st visit, or returned after your consultation if you elect not to be treated.
This fee allows us to hold your consultation time slot and discourage no-shows.
Appointments and Rescheduling:
We appreciate your business and try our best to accommodate all of our clients seeking convenient appointments and scheduling.
We ask for 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment so that we may offer that time slot to another client.
We understand that life gets busy and that unexpected things happen! Please understand that our policies below are in place to discourage missed appointments and allow us to make appointments available to others if you cannot make your appointment. Cancellations that occur 24 hours or less from your scheduled appointment time will be considered Last Minute Cancellations (LMC).
Last-Minute Cancellations (LMC) with less than 24 hr notice:
First time LMC is excused.
Second LMC within 12 months: A $25 fee is added to your next visit.
Third LMC within 12 months: Must pay your full fee or $100 – whichever is greater – to reschedule (non-refundable).
First no-show: A $25 fee is added to your next appointment.
Second no-show: Payment in full to schedule your next appointment (non-refundable).
